Tulsa Air and Space Museum is hosting Girls in Aviation Week, and our 1st Platoon girls had the opportunity to attend! They engaged in hands-on learning experiences, including a Q&A panel with women in aviation, a planetarium show, building their own paper Mars rovers, and exploring the museum’s aircraft and historical exhibits.
After the event, several cadets expressed their interest in joining the Air Force or pursuing careers in STEM. Others said the experience sparked thoughtfulness about their future career paths for the very first time.
Thank you to the Tulsa Air and Space Museum (TASM) for hosting us and for empowering girls to dream big and pursue bright futures.
