ADMINISTRATION

Administration supports the overall operation of TCP through leadership, coordination, and compliance. This team manages internal processes, communication, and planning to ensure the organization runs effectively. Administration also includes: the Recruiting team, which brings candidates and families into program and guides them through enrollment; and Post-Residential Case Management, which supports graduates as they transition into education, careers, or military service.

FOOD SERVICE

The Food Service department (DFAC) prepares and serves delicious, nutritious meals that fuel cadets through the physical and mental challenges of the program. This team maintains high standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency while contributing to the daily structure and well-being of students and staff.

OPERATIONS

The Operations department maintains a safe, structured environment for cadets every day. Team members oversee daily routines, physical training, logistics, supplies, and facilities while modeling discipline, accountability, and teamwork.

EDUCATION & COUNSELING

The Education & Counseling department supports students’ academic progress and personal growth. Educators provide instruction and academic guidance, while counselors offer mentorship and support for cadets’ mental and emotional health. This work is vital to help students build skills and confidence for life beyond the program.
