Thunderbird Challenge

Thunderbird Challenge Program and Northeast Technology Center have joined forces to create new pathways to success for Oklahoma's youth. This partnership aims to equip cadets with practical workforce skills alongside the discipline and structure the Program is known for.

Through this collaboration, cadets at Thunderbird Challenge can now access Northeast Tech's extensive vocational training programs while completing their core academic requirements.

The partnership addresses a critical need in our community—preparing young people not just academically, but with the practical skills employers are actively seeking. Cadets can choose from multiple career pathways.

What makes this partnership particularly valuable is how it combines Thunderbird Challenge's emphasis on personal responsibility, leadership, and community service with Northeast Tech's proven track record of workforce development. Cadets benefit from structured military-style discipline while simultaneously developing marketable skills that lead to immediate employment opportunities.
